Career Snippet: All the tips given by the recruiters in the article are spot on and are worth noting. But what you're doing now with starting your research is a great step. Know exactly what you're looking for, know the company that you want to work for - the kinds of services, products, and their company culture and identify how you connect to that. Be able to clearly identify and articulate your relevant experience and achievements to the services and culture of the company. Most importantly, your story should have specifics: specific examples, numbers, details.
